Electrochemical Immunosensing of ST2: A Checkpoint Target in Cancer Diseases
نویسندگان
چکیده
A magnetic beads (MB)-involved amperometric immunosensor for the determination of ST2, a member IL1 receptor family, is reported in this work. The method utilizes sandwich immunoassay and disposable screen-printed carbon electrodes (SPCEs). Magnetic immunoconjugates built on surface carboxylic acid-microsized particles (HOOC-MBs) were used to selectively capture ST2. biotinylated secondary antibody further conjugated with streptavidin peroxidase conjugate (Strep-HRP) was accomplish sandwiching target protein. immune platform exhibits great selectivity low limit detection (39.6 pg mL?1) allowing soluble ST2 (sST2) plasma samples from healthy individuals patients diagnosed pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC) only 45 min once have been prepared. good correlation obtained results those provided by an ELISA kit performed using same immunoreagents demonstrates potential developed strategy early diagnosis and/or prognosis fatal PDAC disease.

A novel electrochemical immunosensing strategy for the detection of sulfonamide antibiotics in milk based on magnetic beads is presented. Among the different strategies for immobilizing the class-specific anti-sulfonamide antibody to the magnetic beads--such as those based on the use of Protein A or carboxylate modified magnetic beads - ,the best strategy was found to be the covalent bonding on...

About 3 decades ago CD6 identified as one of the first antigens expresses on the majority of T cells and a subset of B cells. CD6 regulates cellular adhesion migration across the endothelial and epithelial cells. In recent years researches indicate its role in pathogenesis of autoimmune diseases. Many researches have been done in recent years to block CD6 by CD6 mono clonal antibodies, IOR-T1 a...

Renal diseases, including acute kidney injury (AKI) and chronic kidney disease (CKD), have a great impact on health care systems worldwide. Similar to cardiovascular diseases, renal diseases are inflammatory diseases involving a variety of cytokines. Primary causes of renal injury include ischemia, uremic toxins, bacteremia, or nephrotoxicity. Inflammation represents an important component foll...
متن کاملSHP-1: the next checkpoint target for cancer immunotherapy?
The immense power of the immune system is harnessed in healthy individuals by a range of negative regulatory signals and checkpoints. Manipulating these checkpoints through inhibition has resulted in striking immune-mediated clearance of otherwise untreatable tumours and metastases; unfortunately, not all patients respond to treatment with the currently available inhibitors of cytotoxic T-lymph...
